Mallee mini-bowl set: Three from the same set of blanks. A great wood to work with, carve or pyrography. The work to get the colour always rewards . All the pieces are small, the dark newer one is only 95mm long.
As with all pieces, initially turned bowl section and formed along multi-axis. Carved with small rotary hand-pieces same as dremel micro. The new dark piece was standard pyrography , slow as there was a high resin content. Fun to work with and great return from polishing.
